Excellent interview! This podcast gave me new insights into Brosowski’s thinking as the Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation founder & strategic director. Particularly interesting was hearing Brosowski describe the turning point that triggered a renewal of the Foundation’s purpose and improvements made to workplace processes and culture. It’s heartening to support a not-for-profit that seeks to maximise its short term effectiveness while taking the long view to address systemic problems.
